ANNUAL CONFERENCE AND
TRADESHOW INFORMATION 2009

Dear WSSHE Friends and Valued Vendors,

The Washington State Society of Healthcare Engineers (WSSHE) would like to invite you to participate in our annual conference and technical exhibition in October of 2009. Our State President this year is Bradford P. Jones of Central Washington Comprehensive Mental Health, Yakima, Washington.

The Annual Conference “The Health Care Gauntlet: Reducing Cost While Improving Care” will be held Wednesday, October 14, through Friday, October 16, 2009, with the evening of Tuesday, October 13 planned for the President’s Reception (7 p.m. – 10 p.m.).

The Tradeshow will be Wednesday and Thursday at the Yakima Convention Center, 10 North 8th Street, Yakima, Washington 98901-2515. The phone number for the Yakima Convention Center is (509) 575-6062, and the fax number is (509) 575-6252.

Our exhibition booth set-up date is Tuesday, October 13, from 4 p.m. - 8 p.m. Freight will be accepted at the above address (Yakima Convention Center) beginning Monday, October 12th. If you have specific freight questions or requests, please call the convention center. If you plan to have the convention center ship your booth home after the tradeshow, you will need to bring a bill of lading for them. Also, if you require a phone connection or an internet connection, you will need to call the convention center with your request at the number mentioned above.

Please plan to break down your booths after 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 15, as many of the attendees like to visit the Exhibition area during the last break (afternoon break) on the second day of the exhibition.

Technical Exhibition Registration form will be available for your use soon. Breakfast, lunch, and beverage breaks are provided in your conference price for two (2) representatives per booth. If you are planning additional representatives, there will be an additional fee for their meals. Please check your email or visit WSSHE website (wsshe.org) periodically for updated information.
