PLEASE NOTE: IF YOU HAVE SUBMITTED YOUR TRANSFER REQUEST FROM THE IN-PERSON CONFERENCE YOU DO NOT NEED TO REGISTER, YOU ARE ALREADY CONFIRMED FOR THE VIRTUAL CONFERENCE AS REQUESTED.
Virtual Meetings with the Department of Health, Construction Review Team:
Back by popular demand, WSSHE continues its partnership with Construction Review Services at the Department of Health by offering virtual technical assistance sessions on the morning of October 20th and 21th. Sign up for a 30 minute chat with a CRS reviewer to review upcoming projects or code related questions.
Please read carefully as we have many cancellation options for each event. We appreciate your time in helping us make this process as streamlined as possible.
You must make your selections on dedicated forms below for EACH event you are currently registered for. Examples: If you registered as a conference attendee, conference sponsor and golfer, you would need to fill out 3 dedicated forms for each event.
Please note that if you currently have an outstanding invoice for any of the events and select to transfer your registration, your invoice must be paid before transferring your registration.
Fall Conference Attendee Cancellation Options
We have four options for Fall Conference attendee registration:
- Attend Virtual Fall Conference & receive a partial refund
- Transfer registration to the Spring Symposium (in-person)
- Donation to WSSHE
- A full refund
If you select #1 your partial refund amount will be:
- Professional Member: $200 – $80 = $120
- Professional Non-Member: $225 – $100 = $125
- Business Partner Member: $230 – $80 = $150
- Business Partner Non-Member: $255 – $100 = $155
Fall Conference Exhibitor Cancellation Options
We have two options for Fall Conference exhibitor registration:
- Transfer to the Spring Symposium (in-person) Please note there are limited spots available. First come, first serve.
- Transfer your sponsorship to Virtual Conference (Platinum or Gold) and receive a partial refund.
- A full refund
If you would like to transfer your sponsorship to the Virtual Conference and receive a partial refund for the difference, here are your the virtual sponsor options:
PLATINUM SPONSOR – $1,000:
- Logo on the Home Page of Conference Platform
- Logo on all marketing materials advertising the conference
- Virtual Exhibitor Booth
- Recognition at our Virtual Happy Hour
GOLD SPONSOR – $750:
- Logo on agenda webpage of Conference Platform
- Logo on all marketing materials advertising the conference
- Virtual Exhibitor Booth
If you select a partial refund option, we will contact you directly to discuss.
Fall Conference Sponsor Cancellation Options
We have four options for Fall Conference exhibitor registration:
- Transfer to the Spring Symposium (in-person)
- Keep your attendees and receive a partial refund.
- A full refund

State Golf Classic Golfer Cancellation Options
We have two options for Fall Golf golfer registration:
- Transfer to the Spring Symposium Golf Event
- A full refund
In order to keep clear and consistent records of this process, please fill out applicable forms below even if you have already responded by email to Jackie Roethel, State Golf Chair on your selection(s).
State Golf Classic Sponsor Cancellation Options
We have two options for Fall Golf sponsor registration:
- Transfer to the Spring Symposium Golf Event
- A full refund
Lodging Reservations
Please call their reservation department to cancel your lodging reservation. All cancellations must be done over the phone by the person who made the reservation or the guest who is attending.
Please contact them ASAP to avoid cancellation fees.
