2026 WSSHE Spring Symposium Golf Tournament

Join us for a fantastic day of golf at the beautiful Lake Chelan Golf Course! Whether you’re a seasoned player or just out for fun, this tournament is the perfect opportunity to enjoy great competition, stunning views, and networking on the course.
WSSHE only allows one foursome per company. Foursomes and Sponsorship are awarded on a first come, first-serve basis – determined by the date and time contracts are received.
Registration Details
Registration includes green fees, shared cart, breakfast, lunch, access to practice range and putting green. Registration will open at 10:00 am PT on Thursday, February 26, 2026.

- Sponsor to provide branded golf balls to the Golf Committee two-weeks prior to the tournament
Dress Code and Course Rules
- Appropriate golf attire is required, e.g., shirts with collars and appropriate shorts, pants or skirts (no cut-offs, gym shorts, tank tops or blue jeans). Non-metal spiked shoes are required. Rancho Bernardo Inn reserves the right to deny playing privileges to any player who violates the rules and policies of Rancho Bernardo Inn when on site before, during or after play. Only two riders and two bags per golf cart. All participants must drive prudently as course conditions allow.

Golf Tournament Terms & Conditions
In consideration of being permitted to enter and play in the Washington State Society for Healthcare Engineering, Inc. (WSSHE) Spring Symposium Golf Tournament, all registered players hereby release and discharge the Washington State Society for Healthcare Engineering, Inc. and their officers, agents and employees, of and from any and all manner of claims for injuries or losses, arising out of, or in connection with, the 2026 WSSHE Spring symposium Golf Tournament. Participants in the golf tournament are exclusively responsible for their own health condition, skill level, weather risks and risks caused by other players and the conditions of the golf carts and playing grounds and should retire or not play if they see or believe there are any risks.
Cancellations
Golf sponsorships are subject to the conference sponsorship cancellation policy. Sponsorship cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to info@wsshe.org. Cancellations are effective on the date written notification is received by WSSHE. A fifty percent (50%) refund will be given for cancellations received by March 16, 2026. Sponsors canceling after March 17, 2026 will be responsible for payment in full and may jeopardize the right to sponsor at future events.
For foursomes and individual player registrations, a refund will be given for written requests received on or before March 31, 2026. No refunds will be granted after March 31, 2026. Cancellations must be received in writing from the original registrant to info@wsshe.org.
Golf tournament cancellations due to severe weather will be the judgment call of the WSSHE golf tournament committee and country club staff. No refunds due to weather will be given.
