Eastern Chapter

It is both an honor and a privilege to serve as the 2026 Eastern Chapter President of the Washington State Society for Healthcare Engineering (WSSHE).

Having spent the past decade working in healthcare facilities, I have developed a deep appreciation for the vital role healthcare engineers play in creating safe, reliable, and efficient environments that support patient care. Throughout my career, I have also been fortunate to experience the incredible support, mentorship, and collaboration provided by the members, business partners, and friends of WSSHE. For that, I am sincerely grateful.

One of the greatest strengths of WSSHE is its people. Serving alongside our state and chapter board members has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my professional career. I have never been part of an organization that demonstrates such a genuine commitment to its members through education, professional development, and the selfless sharing of knowledge, resources, and best practices.

WSSHE is dedicated to advancing healthcare engineering through excellence, innovation, and continuous learning. Whether you are a seasoned professional, a newcomer to the field, or a valued industry partner, WSSHE provides opportunities to connect, collaborate, and grow. Through educational programs, conferences, networking events, and professional resources, we support those who serve healthcare facilities throughout Washington State.
