Sponsorship Opportunities
Sponsorship registration will open to 2024 WSSHE Platinum, Gold and Silver Annual Sponsors on Monday, March 3, 2025 at 10:00 am and will be given access to the sponsorship opportunities at that time. Sales will open to all organizations on Thursday, March 6, 2025 at 10:00 am.
Sponsorship and Exhibit Space are awarded on a first come, first-serve basis – determined by the date and time contracts are received. Please review the sponsorship levels and opportunities below. *Exhibit Booths require a separate purchase and are not included as a benefit of any level of sponsorship.

Sponsorship Opportunities
Additional Sponsor Representatives – $300
Sponsors may purchase up to two additional representative passes at a discounted rate of $300; any additional representatives must register as conference attendees.
